Each block typically contains a cryptographic hash of the previous bloc, a timestest  and transaction data. By design a blockchain is inherently resistant to modification of the data. It is  "an open, distributed ledger that can record transactions between two parties efficiently and in a verifiable and permanent way". For use as a distributed ledger a peer to peer network collectively adhering to a protocol for validating new blocks. DRDO- Agni- II Ballistic Missile

Recently, DRDO ( Defence research and Development Organization ) has test fired surface-to-surface Agni-  II  ballistic missile successfully from the Abdul Kalam Island, off Odhisa coast. Agni-II is two-stage nuclear capable surface-to-surface missile developed indigenously by DRDO. It is 21-metre long and weighs 17 tonnes.  It has strike range of 2000 kilometres, which can also be increased to 3000km by reducing the payload.  It is propelled by the solid rocket propellant system. It can carry a nuclear payload of 1 thousand kilograms.  It is one of the sophisticated weapons that can act as a deterrent against nuclear-armed neighbours. It is equipped with advanced high accuracy  navigation system. It is guided by a novel scheme of state of the art command and control system. Ashgabat Agreement

India recently joined the Ashgabat Agreement, which was instituted in April 2011 to establish an international multimodal transport and transit corridor between Central Asia and the Persian Gulf. The Agreement was first signed by Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Iran, Oman and Qatar on 25 April 2011. While Qatar subsequently withdrew from the agreement in 2013, Kazakhstan and Pakistan joined the grouping in 2016. The Ashgabat Agreement came into force in April 2016. Its objective is to enhance connectivity within the Eurasian region and synchronize it with other regional transport corridors, including the International North–South Transport Corridor (INSTC). Its accession to the Ashgabat Agreement would enable India to utilise the existing transport and transit corridor to facilitate trade and commercial interactions with the Eurasian region. NITI Aayog's- "Healthy States, Progressive India” Report

Kerala, Punjab & Tamil Nadu ranked on top in terms of overall performance Jharkhand, Jammu & Kashmir, and Uttar Pradesh ranked top three States in terms of annual incremental performance   What is It? NITI Aayog (National Institute For Transforming India)  released a comprehensive Health Index report titled, “ Healthy States, Progressive India ”. The report ranks states and Union territories innovatively on their year-on-year incremental change in health outcomes, as well as, their overall performance with respect to each other. The report was released jointly by the CEO, NITI Aayog; Amitabh Kant, Secretary, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare; Preeti Sudan and World Bank India Country Director, Junaid Ahmad. It is the first attempt to establish an annual systematic tool to measure and understand the heterogeneity and complexity of the nation’s performance in Health.
